Do You Have
Type 2 Diabetes?
Would you like an online program that you can do from the comfort of your own home, that can help you dramatically improve the quality of your life and even the number of years you live*?
Then read on…

In this 12-week online interactive program, created by world-renowned endocrinologist and diabetes specialist, Dr. Sultan Linjawi you’ll discover:
You will discover:
The common misconceptions about type 2 diabetes that keep the majority of people with diabetes feeling tired and lethargic but still developing complications - complications that could be avoided or delayed, if they only had the right information.
Why “just doing what the doctor says” may not be enough for you and the 10 key ways your health and life expectancy may be in real danger even if you don't feel unwell.
Whether you’re on the right pills (or, if you’re not already, whether you should be on medication).
Clear and effective diet and food plans to help you control your blood sugars and lose weight (if you want or need to).
What that numb or “cottony feeling” in your feet means, and how to minimize your chances of having your feet amputated.
The compounding risks of problems caused by blood sugar.
The ideal diet and portion size given your specific, personal needs (you’ll be surprised by some of the things you can still eat!).
Why people with diabetes are at an increased risk of heart attack, cancer, and stroke, liver and kidney disease, and erectile dysfunction, and the specific actions you can take starting today to minimize the chances you will develop these.
The many misconceptions about body weight that keep millions of people across the globe obese without their even knowing it.
The 8 key numbers to pay attention to, what they actually mean for your health, their correct levels, and the steps you can take immediately to optimize your health across these key areas (including blood pressure and cholesterol) so you feel more vibrant and healthful.
Simple, small actions you can take starting today to turn the tide, get moving, and get feeling better.
Whether you’re on the right meds to reduce risk of heart attack and stroke (warning: many well-intended doctors miss this).
The surprising and fixable reason you may feel tired and how to regain your energy starting today.
Why you’re 4x likelier to end up in hospital if you have diabetes  and how to lower the chance of that happening to you.
The actions and practices to fold into your life to increase your chances of living longer and more healthful years with your children and grandkids.
How seemingly minor medical issues can cascade into big problems, and the actions you can take today to identify and avoid them.
I prefer a more conservative approach when discussing likely health outcomes for people with diabetes, so I tend to avoid talking much about “reversal of diabetes.”  But the truth is that, for people with diabetes, diabetes can be reversed and avoided.  If you’re hoping to reverse your diabetes, you should know that you’ve got a precious, narrow window of opportunity.
Our Program Can Help!
Here’s the truth: Unlike with many other serious health conditions, diabetes is present 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And let’s face it, you spend 10 minutes at the doctor’s, then you’re on your own.

What you really need is a structured, comprehensive approach to managing your diabetes.

That’s why I created this 12-week, online program. It’s full of over 45 videos that will give you the right information for your unique case. You can do it from the comfort of your home in as little as 30 minutes per week.

Here’s What You Get
I hear all the time that this program is some of the best money people have ever spent.

So let me ask you: What would the possibility of regaining years of your life be worth? What would it be worth to infuse more life into your remaining years? What would it be worth to just simply feel better?

The truth is, for the difference this program makes in the lives of those who complete it, the value is priceless. Indeed, the cost of spending this amount of time with endocrinologists, psychologists, dieticians and diabetes educators, all of whom contributed to the creation of the program, would be tens of thousands of dollars.

But after having worked for decades with patients all over the world who so desperately need this help, I understand that diabetes is expensive, doctors are expensive, drugs are expensive and missing work and being unwell is really expensive. That’s why I’ve decided to make it so affordable that virtually anyone can participate.

Once enrolled, you’ll get lifetime access to the entire program.
  • All 40+ clear, concise, actionable videos.
  • Weight, blood sugar, wellness and A1c monitoring tools.
  • Charts and graphs to help you track your successes each week.
  • Personalised content and solutions based on your specific problems.
  • Medical, scientific and evidence-based program. No false promises or miracle potions.
Plus, you’ll also get 3 months complimentary access to Dr. Sultan’s live, interactive community with weekly presentations and opportunities to get feedback* (Dr. Sultan offers general advice based on the information provided).

“I feel like I am finally understanding my diabetes. I am enjoying the graphs and watching my marker line going down when I record my weight and waist measurements.”
I cannot begin to tell you how much I am enjoying the program. It is so thorough and well-structured and I feel like I am finally understanding my diabetes and not feeling guilty about being on medications. I really like the way you are stepping through a different aspect of diabetes each week and the videos are sooooooooo good. It is one thing to read this information but it's another to actually see it in action. It really helps cement the information. I am enjoying the graphs and watching my marker line going down when I record my weight and waist measurements. Thank you for being such a forward thinking doctor who truly cares that people understand themselves and their conditions and doesn't just advise as a form of lip service.

“Best money I have ever spent.”
I have been a diabetic for 18 years after having gestational diabetes 28 years ago.   My diabetes was totally out of control, I knew very little about diet and 18 years ago I was just told no sugar. My new doctor started me on one jab of insulin in the evening and I went to the internet to find out more info. I am nearly 60 and was a smoker ‘til 5 weeks ago and I found Dr. Sultan’s online program. Wow, has my life changed! I have lost 6 kg in the last month and my sugars are way more stable sitting around 11. Yes, high but way better than the 20 to 25 before. Dr. Sultan is a great communicator and I understand this condition so much better now and I am looking forward to my future. No crash diets, just sensible eating as outlined in this program...best money I have ever spent.

“This is a must for all diabetics and pre diabetics.”

“I have lost 3kgs, joined the gym with a personal trainer for support and am testing my BGLs 3-4 times daily. I took a graph of my results to my GP and he was very impressed.”
I am half way through the program and am so very grateful I found it- so timely as I needed to get back on track and in control again. I believe the programme will suit a broad range of people due to the way you present it. I have lost 3kgs, joined the gym with a personal trainer for support and am testing my BGLs 3-4 times daily. I took a graph of my results to my GP and he was very impressed. I am hoping my next HBA1c result (March) will be back in the normal range! That should make him really sit up and take notice - I told him I was following your programme! I am on holiday now and will continue the programme over the festive season - it is easy to resist temptations when you are motivated - your support has helped me with that! I work in aged care and am constantly confronted with the results of poorly controlled diabetes, so maybe I can help by setting a good example!

“My blood sugar levels used to be all over the place - not anymore. With Dr Linjawi at the wheel, achieving a satisfactory outcome is a breeze for me.”
I'm a seventy-four year old country bumpkin with little patience for quacks or any form of pompous doctor attempting to fill my head with gibberish which goes right over my head. Dr Sultan Linjawi has been my go-to-bloke for the past ten years, for when it comes to managing my diabetes I want the very best. Sultan is the stick I beat my GP over the head with. His no nonsense approach to medicine keeps my local doctor on his toes and nothing beats me being able to argue or question the treatment I am receiving, thanks to the manner in which Dr Linjawi explains everything to me in plain and simple everyday English, clear and precise, so even I can comprehend. My blood sugar levels used to be all over the place - not anymore. With Dr Linjawi at the wheel, achieving a satisfactory outcome is a breeze for me.

Why is the program not free?
I would love the program to be free but it can’t.  In order to develop high-quality content in a customised a personalised way, we needed to employ a lot of very talented capable people to help me achieve my vision.

Online revenue tends to come in 3 ways
  1. grants from governments or drug companies
  2. online advertising or
  3. purchase by user models.

As a doctor and specialist, I believe that advertising products would potentially create conflicts of interests. I believe that if a product is good, I want to tell people about it.  People need to know that I am giving this opinion without any bias.

Whilst there are many sites that provide free content when it is part of a large organisation, the content is often “dumbed down.” When funded by large organisations, online diabetes information is almost always developed by committees and tends to give lots and lots of facts without personalised direction. I don’t believe this one-size-fits -all approach inspires or educates.  Sadly, in life it is often true that you get what you pay for.

My Health Explained will, however, only charge the smallest amount possible to continue to develop lots of high-quality content for people with diabetes and other chronic diseases. All of you who purchase the program are not only helping yourself, but also many other people around the world, so I want to thank you personally for your contribution.
